Terms of Service

1. The Service
518.PLUS is an MCP-native tools platform. Tools are published once and can be used through two equivalent surfaces: the Web interface, which is the surface for human use, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint, which is the machine surface for agents and automation. Both surfaces run the same tool invocation pipeline and the same accounting.
2. Accounts
You can use the service with a local account (username and password) or by signing in with X (OAuth). You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. API Tokens
The platform lets you create API tokens (prefixed fsk_) for authenticating MCP calls. A token is shown to you in full only once, at creation. You are responsible for storing your tokens securely and for all usage carried out with them. If a token is compromised, revoke it from your account page. Do not share tokens publicly or embed them in shared code.
4. Files, Processing and Temporary Sharing
You can upload files, process them with tools, and share the results as temporary links. Each share is created with an expiry period and a download limit that you choose; when the expiry passes or the download limit is reached, the link stops working and the file is removed by routine cleanup. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and process is lawful, that you hold the rights needed to use it, and that it contains no malicious code.
5. Tools: First-Party and Third-Party
Tools are provided by the platform (first-party tools) or by other developers (third-party tools). A third-party tool runs at an HTTP endpoint controlled by its developer. By using a third-party tool you acknowledge that its processing logic, availability and output are defined and controlled by its developer, not by the platform. The price of a paid tool is shown before use.
6. What a Third-Party HTTP Tool May Receive
To fulfil your request, a third-party HTTP tool may receive what is necessary for the job: a time-limited, signed download URL for each source file, together with the file name, content type and size, and the tool parameters you supplied. The tool's developer downloads the files from these URLs and returns the output. Do not use third-party tools with files you are not willing to expose to that developer.
7. Credits, Membership and Paid Tools
Use of metered tools is paid with credits. Credits are purchased or obtained through membership plans — current plans, credit packs and prices are listed at /pricing; membership may also change usage allowances such as upload quotas, expiry periods and download limits. Paid tool use is metered per call at the price shown before use. Failed calls are settled according to the platform's accounting rules; the ledger is the record of these movements.
8. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout; all prices are as published at /pricing. Within 14 days of purchase, the unused part of your credits is fully refundable; credits already used are not refunded. To cancel a membership, cancel the subscription with the payment provider or write to [email protected] — a cancelled membership does not renew, and the current period stays active until it ends. 9. Publishing Tools
If you publish a tool on the platform, you are responsible for it in full: the availability and correctness of your endpoint, the lawfulness, safety and rights status of the content it processes and returns, its behaviour toward user files sent to it, and the accuracy of its declaration (name, description, accepted formats, pricing). Do not publish tools that exfiltrate user files beyond what the request requires, that return malicious content, or that misrepresent what they do.
10. Provider Earnings and Withdrawal
Earnings from your published tools are recorded in the platform ledger. Withdrawing earnings is a settlement capability operated by the platform: withdrawal requests enter a review queue and are processed by the platform. The platform deducts its commission from tool revenue according to the published rates.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not upload or distribute malicious code, use the service to attack or infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or overload the service or its infrastructure, misuse credentials or tokens of others, or run automated access against the platform outside the documented MCP surface without authorization. You must not circumvent metering, accounting or access controls.
12. Enforcement
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts, tools and content, and remove or disable shares, where this is necessary for security, to stop abuse or infringement, to comply with law, or to protect the integrity and stability of the service.
13. Availability, Warranties and Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Temporary sharing means by design that files and links disappear when they expire; keep your own copies of anything you need long term. Except as stated explicitly, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party tools acting on your instruction. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
14. Changes and Contact
